From January 2023 we shall be making some changes to the opening hours of preschool. We hope these will be positive and welcome.
1. Having listened to feedback from parents regarding the start time of the day, from January the morning sessions will now begin at 9.00 am and end at 12.00 pm, and the full day will finish at 3.45 pm.
2. Following the popularity of our provision for a full day in preschool, we are introducing an additional full day session on a Thursday.
Our new opening times will therefore from January be:
Monday: 9am – 3.45pm
Tuesday: 9am – 12pm
Wednesday: 9am – 3.45pm
Thursday: 9am – 3.45pm
Friday: 9am – 12pm
If you would like your child to attend our new Thursday ‘full day’ provision, please do let us know. In order for this provision to start in January we do require a minimum number of children to be signed up by 16th December, it would help us greatly for organising the start of term if you could let us know by this date (although changes after this date may still be possible). We also have additional availability for children on Tuesday and Friday mornings and limited availability on Mondays and Wednesdays, should you wish to change or increase your child’s hours at preschool.
We have made these alterations to hopefully improve our capacity to meet the needs of local parents. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these changes, please do not hesitate to contact us.
