✨ PRESCHOOL GLOW UP – THE BIG REVEAL! ✨
We are delighted to say that our Preschool Glow Up is complete and the preschool is looking fabulous!
Our staff and children have been busy settling into their wonderful new space and are already enjoying all the improvements.
A huge thank you to Mills & Kirby for doing such a brilliant job bringing the plans to life, and to Garath at CPD for giving the preschool a fresh new lick of paint.
We are incredibly grateful for the National Lottery funding that helped make this project possible, as well as everyone who has supported the preschool along the way.
A big thank you also goes to the Tudwick Foundation for their generous grant, which enabled us to give our much-used toy cupboard a very welcome update!
The improvements have created a brighter, fresher and more practical space for our children and staff to enjoy for many years to come. ❤️
And now for the best bit… take a look at our fabulous new preschool!
The Plans
We’re excited to share some wonderful news! Thanks to the generous support of the National Lottery Community Fund, our preschool will be receiving a fantastic refurbishment this summer. The grant will allow us to improve and refresh our learning spaces, creating an even brighter, safer, and more inspiring environment for our children to learn, play, and grow.
The main preschool room will be equipped with a brand new block of children’s toilets, replacing the current facilities and also updating the children’s hand wash area. This new layout will create space for a free-standing stepped changing area, helping staff support children more easily and safely.
We will also be introducing a dedicated kitchen area, allowing food to be stored and prepared safely away from the children. In addition, a new lobby area for parents will be created to provide a more comfortable space for arrivals and collections at the start and end of each day.
To complete the transformation, new flooring will be installed throughout the entire preschool, and the walls will be redecorated, giving the whole setting a fresh, bright new look for our children to enjoy.
Work is scheduled to take place over the summer break, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to a beautifully updated preschool ready for many more adventures in learning. Stay tuned as we share updates on the progress of our makeover!
A Big Thank You
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund for supporting our preschool with this wonderful grant. Their funding will make a real difference to our children, helping us create a refreshed, welcoming environment where young learners can explore, play, and thrive.
Support from the National Lottery Community Fund helps organisations like ours continue providing valuable opportunities for local families and children. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who plays the National Lottery and helps make projects like this possible.
Our future preschool events will continue fundraise to purchase new equipment and resources to fill and enhance our updated space, ensuring our children have the very best environment to learn, play, and grow.
